I’m a 50-something thinker who loves to write. For most of my life, I was never a big sharer of all the thoughts that run through my mind. That was the Old Me. Now you can’t stop me. Recent events have changed me forever.
My journey has brought me to an understanding of myself, to trust and friendship, and, most importantly, to a deep conviction that people need to be more tolerant of each other. The gift of new spirituality in my life has been the icing on the cake.
In my hubs I explain what I’ve learned about humans, communication, the mind, and behavior. I share my opinions about “disabilities,” idiosyncrasies, self-awareness, and self-improvement. And I have started to write about ethics in our public affairs as an outgrowth of personalities. Frustration over the state of our country has given me the courage to start speaking up.
But I’m a perpetual student, and I know I have more to learn. I hope my hubs can generate respectful interaction. Hubpages readers, please give me your feedback.
“I’m trying to tap into some wisdom, even a little drop will do.” Paul Simon, Wartime Prayers.
